This is a beginner friendly plan to get started with probability & applications. The one course we recommend to do is below, its content is free to view. It will give you a taste of what probability applications are, in particular Machine Learning or Finance. All in simple words. It is more like a blog with videos rather than mathematically deep introduction, though there will be maths as well. Of course.

Binomial distributions | Probabilities of probabilities, part 1. This one is around the maths around correctly ranking a product. Knowing what is "n choose k" is useful.
What is Random. Somewhat philosophical video about the "randomness". Very beginner-friendly.
